Greens247 - Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms an integral part of the Greens247 Universal Terms of Service (UTOS). Products and services purchased from Greens247 may be refunded only if cancelled within the specific refund windows defined below.

1. General Refund Principles

As established in Section 22.5 of the UTOS, Greens247 operates strictly within a Business-to-Business (B2B) scope. Our Services are intended exclusively for commercial, trade, or professional use. Consequently, statutory consumer cooling-off periods and consumer cancellation rights under United Kingdom (UK) and Egyptian consumer protection laws do not apply to this Agreement. All refunds are granted purely as a matter of commercial policy in accordance with the terms below.

1.1 Definitions

  • "Date of the transaction": Means the date of purchase of any product or service, which explicitly includes the date any automatic or manual renewal is processed by Greens247 in accordance with the billing terms.
  • "Refund Period": The designated timeframe during which you must submit a formal cancellation and refund request through our Support Center.

1.2 Account Closure Failsafe

If eligible for a refund, you must formally request and receive the refund prior to the closure of your Account. You may elect to close your Account with us at any time, but upon account closure, you immediately forfeit any remaining eligibility for a refund, and any outstanding credits will be zeroed out.

1.3 Currency and Gateway Limitations

Refunds will be issued to the original Payment Method used at checkout. Please note that processing times are entirely dictated by your issuing bank or payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, Fawry, or Paymob). If your payment gateway or local banking regulations restrict international or reversal transactions, Greens247 reserves the right to issue the refund strictly in the form of non-transferable, non-cashable Account Credit.

2. Standard Refund Terms

  • Annual Plans (1 Year or longer): Eligible for a refund within 30 Days (720 hours) from the transaction date. Note: Refundable only if performance or resource utilization has not been exceeded.
  • Monthly Plans (All terms less than 1 Year): Eligible for a refund within 48 Hours from the transaction date. Note: Monthly plans include 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month billing cycles.

Security and Managed Services Exception: Security products featuring malware remediation, cleanup, or managed engineering services are completely non-refundable once remediation activity or manual setups have begun, whether initiated by you or performed automatically by our scanning systems.

3. Products with Special Refund Terms

3.1 Domain Name Registrations, Renewals & Transfers

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because domain name registrations allocate immutable global registry resources and incur immediate, non-refundable costs from our upstream registrars, we do not offer any grace period for refunds on domain transactions.

  • New Registrations: 100% Non-Refundable from the moment the transaction is processed. We do not delete unwanted domain names or refund registrations made due to customer spelling errors, typos, or changes of mind. Please verify the spelling and the registration term carefully before completing checkout.
  • Domain Renewals: 100% Non-Refundable. Whether processed manually by you or via our automated billing system, once a domain is renewed with the registry, the action cannot be reversed.
  • Domain Transfers: 100% Non-Refundable if the transfer has been successfully processed by the registry.
  • Domain ID Protection / WHOIS Privacy: 100% Non-Refundable once the privacy service has been applied to a domain.
  • Registry Redemption Fees: 100% Non-Refundable. Penalties charged by registries to restore expired domains from the deletion queue are final.

3.2 Professional Web Design & Creative Services

Once creative engineering and development resources have been scheduled, the following tiered cancellation structures apply to cover accumulated billable hours:

  • Web Design / Website Makeovers:
    • 30% Cancellation Fee if cancelled while work is actively in progress.
    • 70% Cancellation Fee once the initial site design mockups have been delivered for your review.
    • 100% Non-Refundable once the first revision round is completed, if 30 days have elapsed since purchase, or if the project exceeds 180 days from the transaction date.
  • Logo Design: 40% Cancellation Fee when in progress; completely non-refundable once the final artwork assets have been delivered to your Account.

3.3 SEO & Social Media Marketing Services

SEO and advanced marketing require long-term commitments for computational and data indexing purposes:

  • SEO Monthly Plans: You can cancel within 48 hours of purchase or renewal to receive a full refund for that month. Cancellation after 48 hours is non-refundable for the current month; future billing cycles will be terminated.
  • SEO Semiannual or Annual Plans: If cancelled more than 48 hours after the transaction date, Greens247 will retain payment for the current month and issue a 50% prorated refund to your original payment method for the remaining, unused months of your committed term.
  • Social Media Management: Eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if no campaign setup or creative brief development has commenced. For quarterly plans, early cancellation after 48 hours will incur a flat contract termination fee of $30.00 USD (or it's equivalent in your account billing currency) deducted directly from your remaining balance refund.

3.4 Expert Services & Migration Services

  • Get Started / Expert On-Demand Services: Eligible for a refund within 30 days of the transaction date only if the service has not yet been performed. Once technical performance has been completed by our server administrators, the fee is entirely non-refundable.
  • Website Migration Services: Non-refundable once our migration engineers have initiated the server-to-server data transfer process.

3.5 Third-Party Licenses & Security Bundles

  • Symantec / GlobalSign SSL Certificates: Eligible for a refund within a 30-day grace period from the transaction date.
  • Weebly Website Builder & CodeGuard Backups: Eligible for a refund within a 30-day grace period from the transaction date.
  • SpamExperts Email Security & SiteLock Website Security: Eligible for a refund within a 5-day grace period from the transaction date.
  • SiteLock 911: Eligible for a refund within 30 days from the transaction date only if you have not activated the one-time site cleanup script.

4. Products Fully Exempt from Refunds

Under no circumstances are the following products, service additions, or fees eligible for a refund or account credit:

  • Cloud Servers, VPS Solutions, and Dedicated Hosting Hardware (due to automated instant data center resource provisioning).
  • Configuration Add-Ons (such as upgrading storage space, specialized cPanel/LiteSpeed licensing additions, extra IP addresses, or WHMCS modules).
  • Premium Domain Names (secondary market acquisitions where funds are cleared directly to third-party owners).
  • Domain ID Protection / WHOIS Privacy (as this is processed immediately by upstream registrars).
  • Registry Redemption Fees (restoration penalties charged by registries to recover expired domain names).
  • G Suite / Google Workspace Licenses (due to strict non-refundable upstream billing parameters set by Google).

5. Purchased Products with Free Domains

If you purchase a hosting package or service bundle that includes a free domain name registration, and you subsequently cancel the underlying hosting package for a valid refund within its 30-day window, the free domain bundle promotion is voided.

Greens247 will deduct the standard, non-promotional list price of that domain name extension from your final refund amount. The domain name will remain active and registered inside your Account for the remainder of its registration period, and you will retain full administrative control over it.

6. Language Control

This Policy is executed in the English language. In accordance with Section 32 of the Greens247 Universal Terms of Service, any translation provided to you is for convenience purposes only. In the event of any direct conflict, discrepancy, or interpretation issue between the English text and a translated version, the English version will control and prevail to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the UK and the Arab Republic of Egypt.
